EXCEED Medical Micro-needling

EXCEED by Amiea med is a medical micro-needling device clinically proven to visibly reduce wrinkles and treat acne scarring. This is TGA class 2b medical device - ARTG 315425, needles - ARTG 338345.
This treatment works by using tiny needles to create microscopic punctures in the skin, triggering the body's natural healing response. With expert precision, EXCEED medical micro-needling triggers growth factors for collagen building. Very tiny needles are used to penetrate the top layer of the skin vertically causing a controlled damage, without substantially affecting the structure of the epidermis and risk of scaring. This way, healthy collagen is naturally produced.
EXCEED device can treat pigmentation, redness, capillaries, mild acne, congestion, large pores, scars, fine lines and wrinkles and most importantly for many, it can be used for collagen induction and thickening of the skin. Thicker, firmer skin means less wrinkles and more youthful, hydrated skin.
EXCEED microneedling is a German made advanced technology device, due to sterile, disposable needle cartridges with safety membrane to prevent backflow of liquids and to ensure no risk of contamination to the handpiece. This is the only device on the market equipped with a floating needle plate able to adapt to the surface of the skin and facial curves and ensure perpendicular needle penetration at all times. This flexible cartridge head allows the practitioner to carefully treat all contours of the treatment area, unlike rigid non flexible design of other microneedling devices. The device is fully electrical and not battery operated, which provides consistent energy throughout the treatment and prevent dragging on the skin with lower battery capacity.
Chemical Peels
​
Chemical peels are skin-resurfacing procedures. Depending on the target concerns, treatments can be offered as light, medium or deep chemical peels.
While all three types of peels target fine lines and wrinkles, acne, pigmentation, redness and dryness, light chemical peels are gentle and superficial and they remove the outer layer of the skin. Light peels have minimal to no downtime and can be repeated every two to five weeks if needed.
Medium peels penetrate deeper into the skin and provide enhanced results but the recovery time is longer; visible peeling and dry skin are expected two weeks post-treatment.
There are different types of chemical peels (Enzyme, Salicylic, Lactic or Layered peel) that can be applied as light or medium depth chemical peels, as they warry in intensity. However, the choice of peel and its intensity will depend on target concerns. For example, Salycilic peels are great for acne and congestion, while Lactic peels will imprve hydration and target pigmentation. With appropriate protocols and adequate client selection, layered peel options are available as well.
Lastly, deep peels are one-time intense treatments that can target skin concerns on a deeper level, such as melasma. Chemical peels cannot remove deep scars or wrinkles or tighten sagging skin.

Skin Tags Removal
Do you have skin tags on your neck, under arms, under breasts or abdomen? While exact cause of skin tags isn't fully understood, factors like genetics, obesity, diabetes, hormonal changes during pregnancy, are known to be related.
This is a common concern but it can be easily treated with a Radio Frequency Skin Tech Pro. This technology uses electro-desiccation for fast and safe removal of unwanted skin lesions without need for a surgical excision. After the treatment, the lesions scab and fall off within a week.
Multiple skin tags can be treated in one appointment, but stubborn lesions may require more than one session.
