BOOKING POLICY
We understand unplanned events can occur resulting in the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To minimise last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we kindly ask for your rescheduling or cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment, so the allocated time can be offered to other available clients and nurse's roster adjusted.
If rescheduling/cancellation is made later than 24 hours prior to the appointment, your deposit will not be redeemed.
